Summary:
This is a rp from a little while ago when Altan was just a couple of months old and giving her parents many VERY early mornings! Clarity happens apon a very tired Sara and a hyper Altan and offers to give the new mother a chance to pop back to bed. Which is very appreciated. And so Clarity whisks the noisy cub away for some fun away from the poor sleeping cats!

Altan growled as her nemesis tried to escape, its white body almost lifting her off the ground. She clung on as it wreathed, her claws were out all ready, it was time to resort to her secret weapon.
"Ow Altan! What have I said about biting cats!" her mother yelped and whipped her tail out of her mouth and wrapped legs. "You hurt people when you do that. And nobody likes being hurt"
Altan rolled onto her feet and lowered head in shame.. "I was just playing.."
"I know sweetie but teeth hurt"
Hmpth. The hybrid sulked and turned away, no fair...

The young hybrid stretched her slender limbs out in front of her, claws tapping the grass. It was a little after sunrise, and the apprentice was waking from a long night of rest. Gladiator training was crazy, and though she had an amazing mentor, it was still tough getting her heart into it. Scooting back into a sitting position, her eyes flicked around camp. They glimmered happily upon seeing Sara, and the little golden burr sticking to her which was Altan. Shaking her neck fur, Clarity Rose smiled and padded over to the two. "Hello Sara, morning Altan!"

The disagreement was quickly forgotten when one of her favourite cats approached. "ROOSIIEE" she bounced over to her friend front paws patting on her chest tail flicking with excitement.
Sara chuffed an exasperated laugh, "Narny calm down! Poor Clarity has only just woken up and im sure no other cats want their sleep cut short" she shook her head. Seidon was the lucky one today, getting to sleep with the boys while she tried to drain their daughters energy.. of which she had way too much.

Clarity giggled as the wild little cub let out a shout, barreling over to her. Her tail lifted, balancing her just enough that Altan's miniature attack didn't knock her over. "It's alright," she let out a small chuckle as Sara reprimanded her child. Altan was always full to the brim with energy, it was insane! "If you'd like I can take her off your paws for a bite?" She offered, flipping her ears to the side.

"YYAAAYY" Altan squealed before bounding around the older cat.
"Are you sure?" Sara eyed her niece skeptically, "Really sure?" she tilted her head worriedly as her daughter continued to jump around her victim... Did she really understand what she was letting herself in for?

The apprentice let out a small purr of amusement at her aunt's hesitancy. "Of course! I'm always happy to spend time with the kids~" she smiled, thinking fondly of Sara and Seidon's litter. Her gaze flicked over to the cub, who was wildly jumping around her. Lots of energy that was for sure! Perhaps Atlan would get her a bit more energetic herself? "I bet I can find some way to entertain her." Or tire her out

Sara shock her head and smiled. "On your head be it! If you need anything I'll just be inside of the nursery.. I could do with a bit more of a lie down" And to think one of her favourite things used to be lie ins. If only her kids could realise that!
"What are we going to do Rosiiee!?" Altan skipped around her cousin, "Can we hunt for monsters or play tag or or um.." she paused, "Can we go on an adventure!?" She stopped bouncing and gave a wide pleading smile
The female let out a warm purr, blinking as the leopardess turned to make her way back to the den.

Having three children must be a lot of work, especially with one as wild as Altan. And there were her healer duties besides that- Sara deserved all the rest she could get! And now, the cub. Looking down at the spotted little lady, Clarity couldn't help but smile. So wild, and excited! What a fine gladiator she'd make. Considering as Altan shouted, she began to walk towards the side of camp. "I'm sure it would be fine to go a little ways off. . and you can even show me how great of an apprentice you'll be, huh?"

Altan almost seemed to pause to watch her mum go back to the nursery but if one had blinked they'd have missed it. "Byyyyyyeeee muuuummmm" But then her attention was straight back to her cousin. "Yayyyyyyyyy! an adventureee" She hopped and skipped along next to the bigger cat! "I don't need to show you! You already know how awesome I am! Why else would you want to just take me on an adventure! ITs because you know I can keep you safe!" Was she joking...? Who would know..

The hybrid laughed softly, folding her ears back as the cub let out an ear-piercing shout. Goodness she was a loud one that was for sure. Clarity wasn't even sure where all that air came from! And at an instant, Altan's attention bounced back to the apprentice, and she quite literally bounced alongside her. Purring with amusement, Clarity turned, continuing on the path outside of camp. There was a small clearing not too far from here which would be safe enough for the two felines. Looking down at the excited cub she grinned; perhaps some time soon she could bring Altan to the lake Raffie had brought her to when she was younger! "That's true, I do." she grinned in response to the self-flattery. "Honestly I just wanted a tough little spitfire like you to protect me." The apprentice flicked her ears, looking around. Well. . . if Altan was on guard duty she may as well help Sara out a bit by finding some herbs. Maybe they'd even come across a rabbit or something of the sort for her little niece to practice on? Brushing her tail against the golden pelt to guide her, Clarity stepped lightly onward, happily looking forward to what the afternoon would hold.
